Good morning,

Just a reminder of the upcoming school immunization visit for the grade 7 boys and girls.

· Wednesday December 6^th arriving around 8:30am for set up.

Dental Program

Oral health staff will soon be visiting W.H. Day for free dental screenings for students:

All students in grades JK, SK, 2, 4, 6 & 8
Children who had dental sealants placed by the Health Unit the previous year.
Children who were identified last year with urgent needs whose treatment has not been confirmed complete
Children in other grades whose parent requests they be screened

If your child is not in one of the above grades and you would like them included:
Contact the Oral Health Team immediately at either 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520 ext 8805, press 1. You will be asked to provide your child's first and last name, date of birth, grade and school.

If you do not want your child to participate:
